In the beautiful landscape of Tuscany, in the middle of the square Pisa - Firenze - Volterra - San Gimignano one can find the medieval village of Montefoscoli. It is part of the town hall of Palaia and has about 600 inhabitants. Just outside the village, reachable from a country road that winds between vineyards, orchards and olive trees, you arrive on a hill from which you have a beautiful view towards your destination Sant'Antonio.
Podere Sant'Antonio is a beautiful estate of 7 hectares of land that is mainly occupied by olive trees and surrounded by woods. Situated on a central spot is a classic farm house which, after having been uninhabited for more than 25 years and having become a ruin, has been completely rebuilt in its original shape. On the ground floor live the Dutch owners.
The house is prominently situated in the Valdera, the valley of the river Era, and on all sides it provides beautiful views of the hilly landscapes that are so characteristic for Tuscany.
